Apply for public housing or update your existing application.
Apply for public housing with the Danielsville Housing Authority. Apply online in about 20–30 minutes, or pick up a blank application at our office (white mailbox in front).
Submit a pre-application to be placed on the DHA waiting list for public housing units.

Request a change to a DHA rule, policy, practice, or service because of a disability. HUD does not publish a standard resident request form for every housing authority, so please contact DHA for its local form.
Request a physical modification to your unit to accommodate a disability (e.g., grab bars, ramps).

Current authorization used for reexaminations effective on or after January 1, 2024. Adult household members sign this form so HUD and the housing authority can verify eligibility and income information.

A Housing Choice Voucher form completed by a landlord and family to request approval for a unit. Contact DHA before using it to confirm that it applies to your program.

PHA staff use this form to report family and program information to HUD. Residents should complete or submit it only when directed by DHA staff.

Print and mail HUD-903.1 to report housing discrimination, or use HUD's online complaint page. Submit discrimination concerns to HUD, not to DHA through this website.
